The firm is currently hiring for the role of Chief Architect for CMRL Property Development and Miscellaneous Works projects in Chennai.

Job Title

Chief Architect

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural planning and design activities for CMRL property development projects.
Oversee architectural execution and coordination for miscellaneous infrastructure works.
Ensure design quality, project compliance, and technical excellence.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
Provide architectural leadership throughout project lifecycle stages.
Support planning, approvals, and project documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in Architecture.
Master’s Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
More than 18 years of professional experience in architecture and related projects.
Strong expertise in large-scale infrastructure or property development projects.
Excellent project coordination and leadership skills.
Work Requirement
Full-Time / Intermittent engagement based on project requirements.
