The company is looking for a passionate and experienced Principal Designer to lead its Residential Interior Design division.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete residential interior design process from concept to execution.
Develop:
Design concepts
Space layouts
2D & 3D designs
Material boards
Client presentations
Interact with clients to understand:
Lifestyle requirements
Design preferences
Functional needs
Guide and mentor the design team.
Coordinate with:
Sales teams
Production teams
Site execution teams
Ensure:
Project quality standards
Timely delivery
Customer satisfaction
Work on:
Modular furniture planning
Material and finish selection
Colour palettes
Space planning
Conduct site visits, measurements, and project supervision when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree or Diploma in:
Interior Design
Architecture
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior projects.
Strong proficiency in:
SketchUp
AutoCAD
3D visualization tools
Adobe tools
Other design software
Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
Leadership capability and team management skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
