Job Summary

Word Works AI is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer for a short-term freelance engagement to strengthen and scale their cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, MongoDB, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure scripting.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure across:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
AWS
Microsoft Azure
Manage:
Virtual Networks
Compute Instances
Load Balancers
Storage Services
Database Administration
Install, configure, and maintain:
SQL Databases
NoSQL Databases
MongoDB
Perform:
Database Backups
Restores
Performance Optimization
Containerization & Orchestration
Implement and manage:
Docker
Kubernetes
Ensure scalability and efficient container orchestration.
CI/CD & Automation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
Jenkins
GitHub Actions
Azure DevOps
Automate deployments and monitoring processes.
Scripting & Monitoring
Build automation scripts using:
Python
PowerShell
Bash
Ensure high availability, security, and performance monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:

MongoDB

CI/CD Tools
Cloud Automation
Database Skills
SQL Databases
NoSQL Databases
Scripting Skills
Python
