Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist:
Students
Parents
Visitors
in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff members
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for faculty and staff
Perform administrative duties including:
Filing
Data Entry
Record Keeping
Assist in preparing materials for:
Classes
Meetings
Events
Respond to inquiries via email and maintain effective communication with students and staff
Support daily office operations and coordination activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in:
English
Local Language(s)
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Basic Computer Operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and time management abilities
Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
Basic knowledge of office equipment such as:
Printers
Copiers
Scanners
High School Diploma or equivalent
