Job Summary
The organization is hiring a Front Desk & Admin Executive to manage reception activities, attendance records, coordination tasks, and general administrative operations.
The role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to support daily office activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Management
Handle calls at the reception desk
Manage incoming calls on the company mobile
Attend to visitors and basic front office coordination
Attendance & Administrative Support
Maintain attendance registers in:
Soft copy
Hard copy
Support day-to-day administrative operations
Handle miscellaneous office-related tasks
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with:
Production team
Management
Employees
Ensure smooth internal communication and workflow support
Inventory Management
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock requirements
Coordinate for office supply management
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates willing to work from the office in Purasaiwalkam, Chennai only should apply
Preferred Experience
Front Desk Experience: 1 year preferred
Administrative Experience: 1 year preferred

Basic computer knowledge
