Job Summary

Vee Healthtek is hiring Team Leads and Senior Team Leads for the Medical Billing process in the US Healthcare domain. The role involves managing billing teams, ensuring process efficiency, maintaining productivity targets, and delivering high-quality revenue cycle management services.

Candidates with team handling experience in medical billing operations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead and manage medical billing teams effectively
Monitor team productivity and quality performance
Support team members in achieving operational targets
Conduct team coordination and performance follow-ups
Medical Billing Operations
Handle end-to-end medical billing process activities
Ensure adherence to billing workflows and client requirements
Monitor claim processing and issue resolution activities
Support process improvements and operational efficiency
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and maintain team performance reports
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and operations teams
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of process issues
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Team handling
Medical Billing operations
US Healthcare RCM process
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of medical billing workflows
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage targets and process quality
