Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending claims
Handle payment disputes and claim-related queries
Maintain accurate call documentation and billing records
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
Support healthcare revenue cycle management operations
Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution and updates
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English
Basic understanding of medical billing and AR processes preferred
