Role Overview

Kahan Controls is hiring a Sales Support Engineer to assist the sales engineering team in preparing technical offers, managing customer communications, and ensuring smooth follow-up processes that lead to successful purchase orders.

The role focuses on customer coordination, proposal preparation, and continuous follow-up through phone and email communication.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
Assist sales engineers in preparing technical and commercial offers.
Communicate with customers via telephone and email.
Follow up on submitted offers and technical queries.
Ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
Order Conversion & Coordination
Track customer interactions and maintain follow-ups until closure.
Coordinate with customers to support conversion of offers into purchase orders.
Support sales cycle activities to improve closure rates.
Required Qualifications
Education
B.E / B.Tech in:
Instrumentation Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Mechatronics Engineering
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in:
Sales Support
HVAC & R industry
Industrial Automation domain
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (telephone & email handling).
Technical understanding of industrial automation / HVAC systems.
Customer relationship management.
Follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred (as per requirement).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks simultaneously.
Result-oriented with a proactive approach to sales support.
