Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ERP Implementation Specialist to lead and manage enterprise ERP deployment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful ERP implementation aligned with business requirements, operational efficiency, and organizational goals.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, ERP configuration, data migration, end-user training, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans including:
Timelines
Milestones
Resource Allocation
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
Manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously.
ERP Implementation & System Configuration
Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure ERP systems to support business operations and workflows.
Ensure ERP implementation aligns with organizational processes and goals.
Data Migration
Lead:
Data Cleansing
Data Mapping
Data Migration Activities
from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
Ensure:
Data Integrity
Data Accuracy
Data Consistency
throughout the migration process.
Training & User Support
Develop and deliver user training programs for employees and stakeholders.
Provide:
Ongoing Support
Troubleshooting Assistance
Post-Implementation Guidance
Create:
User Manuals
Training Materials
System Documentation
Change Management
Support the development and execution of change management strategies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to:
Address concerns
Encourage user adoption
Ensure smooth organizational transition
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
8+ years of ERP implementation experience.
Proven success managing ERP projects end-to-end.
ERP Platforms

Experience with ERP systems such as:

SAP
Oracle
Microsoft Dynamics
Similar Enterprise ERP Platforms
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

Data Migration
