Construction Site Supervisor – Residential Building Projects

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Work Location: In Person
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, experience handling construction activities, and the ability to coordinate workforce, materials, and daily project operations efficiently.

The role also includes office purchase coordination, material procurement, and maintaining accurate project and purchase records.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to construction workers and site personnel.
Ensure project work is completed within scheduled timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety standards.
Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
Manage orders and deliveries of construction materials.
Handle office purchase activities, including:
Vendor sourcing
Procurement of supplies and equipment
Purchase coordination
Maintain accurate purchase and site records.
Assist project managers in planning and execution of site activities.
Prepare and submit:
Daily progress reports
Site activity reports
Inspection records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes.
Experience in site supervision and workforce coordination.
Good understanding of safety practices and site compliance.
Ability to manage materials, vendors, and procurement activities.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience Required
Site Supervisor Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred.
Purchase/Procurement Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred.
