🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java & Spring Boot
• Drive system design and architecture discussions for new and existing services
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and DevOps teams
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Identify bottlenecks and implement robust technical solutions
• Quickly adapt to new technologies, business domains, and codebases
• Contribute to development automation and CI/CD improvements
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in full-stack development
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced teams
