Role: Collections Officer
Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Main work includes:

Visiting overdue EMI customers
Collecting pending payments
Handling 30+ DPD accounts
Repossession follow-up for financed assets
Police station/legal coordination in difficult recovery cases
Updating collection data and bank deposits
Important Nature of the Role

This is not a desk job. It involves:

Daily field travel
Recovery pressure/targets
Difficult customer handling
Follow-up on delinquent accounts
