About the Role

Hyper Stealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, strategic planning, fundraising activities, and compliance management.

This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in fundraising, investor relations, due diligence, financial strategy, and start-up finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising & Investor Relations
Lead fundraising initiatives through:
Equity
Debt
Grants
Strategic partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with:
Investors
Banks
Financial institutions
Prepare:
Investor pitch decks
Financial models
Supporting fundraising documents
Manage investor reporting and stakeholder communication
2. Due Diligence & Compliance
Handle financial due diligence during:
Fundraising
M&A activities
Audits
Ensure compliance with:
Companies Act
Income Tax Act
FEMA
GST regulations
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and compliance teams
Implement internal financial controls and governance processes
3. Financial Planning & Strategy
Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals
Prepare:
Annual budgets
Forecasts
Variance analysis reports
Support management with:
Strategic decision-making
Cost optimization
Risk assessment
Monitor and report key financial KPIs
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Manage:
Working capital
Liquidity
Fund utilization
Optimize operational and investment cash flows
Negotiate:
Banking facilities
Credit lines
Vendor financing arrangements
5. Accounting & Reporting
Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Present MIS reports and financial dashboards to management
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial/lead finance role
Experience in start-ups or high-growth environments preferred
Required Skills
Strong fundraising experience (Equity/Debt)
Investor relations management
Financial due diligence and audit handling
Financial modelling and valuation
Strong understanding of:
Corporate finance
Tax laws
Regulatory frameworks
Experience with Busy or financial management systems
