Role Overview

Rightfit Resources is hiring Accountants to manage financial operations, reporting, reconciliations, taxation, payroll, and accounting processes across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with accounting software and financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting activities
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and account balancing
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Support tax preparation and compliance activities
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Prepare MIS and financial reporting documents
Conduct data analysis and cost accounting activities
Support auditing and internal financial controls
Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and documentation
Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP
Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience in General Ledger management
Proficiency in bank reconciliation and payroll processing
Knowledge of taxation and auditing concepts
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills

B.A
B.Com
Any Master’s Degree
Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresher or experienced candidates with accounting knowledge
Ability to manage financial data accurately
Good understanding of accounting workflows and compliance standards
