Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Corporate Sales to lead corporate sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, maintaining excellent customer relationships, mentoring sales teams, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, account management expertise, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management
Manage and oversee the complete corporate sales cycle
Ensure excellent customer experience for both existing and new clients
Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Train and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and sales effectiveness
Monitor team productivity and provide strategic guidance
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Develop and implement client retention strategies
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with technical teams to address customer queries and proposal requirements
Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and support sales initiatives
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and review sales reports, analytics, and performance metrics
Track sales effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Negotiation & Networking
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements while prioritizing customer satisfaction
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote business growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
15+ years of experience in:
Corporate Sales
Business Development
Enterprise Sales

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
