We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to promote and sell automotive spare parts to retail customers, workshops, dealerships, and business clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, driving sales growth, understanding market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service while promoting a wide range of automotive spare parts.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell automotive spare parts to workshops, retail shops, fleet operators, and businesses
Generate new leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and digital platforms
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Market Research & Customer Support
Conduct market research to understand:
Customer requirements
Market trends
Competitor activities
Product demand opportunities
Handle customer inquiries related to:
Product availability
Pricing
Delivery timelines
Provide prompt and professional customer support
Product Promotion & Marketing
Promote various categories of spare parts including:
OEM parts
OES parts
Aftermarket parts
Imported parts
Used spare parts
Organize promotional activities, trade exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
Suggest discount offers and bulk pricing strategies to improve sales
Technical & Operational Support
Maintain updated knowledge of automotive systems and spare part specifications
Assist customers in selecting the correct spare parts
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
Digital & Reporting Activities
Manage social media and e-commerce product updates
Prepare sales reports and market analysis reports
Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in:
Marketing
Business Administration
Mechanical Engineering
Related fields
Prior experience in automobile spare parts sales or marketing is an advantage
Required Skills
Good knowledge of automotive systems and spare parts terminology
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused attitude with relationship-building abilities
Basic computer knowledge

Valid driving license for field visits
