About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and communication-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives / Inside Sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers or patients, understanding their needs, explaining services effectively, and converting leads through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/patients professionally
Explain available services clearly and effectively
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
Convert leads by communicating the value and benefits of services
CRM & Coordination
Maintain accurate interaction and follow-up records in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on services, offers, and operational processes
Target Achievement
Achieve individual and team conversion targets
Contribute to overall business growth through proactive customer engagement
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
Basic understanding of healthcare or service-related terminology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
Multilingual communication abilities will be an added advantage
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or inside sales is beneficial but not mandatory
