Job Summary
Kanakkupillai is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Specialist with strong outbound calling and client engagement skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, lead generation, CRM management, and relationship building to support business growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Contact prospective clients to explain products and services.
Generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle follow-ups and nurture potential leads effectively.
CRM & Coordination
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and lead information.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-up discussions with clients and the sales team.
Track sales activities and maintain proper documentation.
