About the Role

Home One Interior & Furniture Showroom is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Sales Executive to join the team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, telecalling, customer engagement, and digital marketing tools.

The role involves generating leads, interacting with customers, maintaining CRM records, and supporting overall sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential customers through databases, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Generate and qualify leads for sales conversion.
Customer Outreach & Engagement
Contact potential customers through calls, messages, and social media platforms.
Present products and services professionally and explain their benefits.
Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Sales & Conversion
Deliver effective sales pitches to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
CRM & Record Management
Maintain customer records, sales updates, and follow-up details using Zoho CRM.
Track leads, conversions, and customer interactions accurately.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular sales and lead generation reports for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing and sales performance.
Customer Service
Provide excellent support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional communication throughout the customer journey.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Zoho CRM
Proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with Meta platforms and social media marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and telecalling experience
Customer relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Understanding of CRM tools and Excel
