Our flagship product, H100, is an 8-channel wearable EEG hat designed for neuroscience research, academic learning, biomedical engineering education, cognitive science labs, and research institutions.
We are expanding our presence across universities, colleges, and research institutes in India and are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growth.
Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing institutional sales, and executing marketing activities to increase the adoption of the H100 EEG hat.
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical understanding, B2B sales capabilities, relationship-building skills, and digital marketing awareness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and generate leads from universities, engineering colleges, medical colleges, and research institutes.
Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Schedule and deliver online/offline product demonstrations for professors, lab heads, and procurement teams.
Travel to educational institutions for workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with professors, HODs, lab coordinators, and innovation cell teams.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable H100 configurations.
Coordinate quotations, pricing discussions, and institutional proposals.
Ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Plan and execute campus marketing campaigns, workshops, and seminars.
Represent Qneuro India at academic conferences, exhibitions, and technology summits.
Coordinate with internal teams to create brochures, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials.
Support social media management and digital marketing initiatives.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Track customer interactions and leads through CRM tools.
Share customer feedback with technical and product development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Biomedical, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
EdTech
Lab Equipment
Research Instrumentation
Medical/Biomedical Devices
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical products in simple and effective terms.
Comfortable with travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of EEG, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or psychology labs.
Experience conducting workshops and product demonstrations.
Awareness of digital marketing and social media engagement.
