Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive machinery sales and business growth in the printing and packaging sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, technical consultations, sales presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, technical understanding of machinery solutions, and the ability to manage techno-commercial discussions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and packaging industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Technical Sales Support
Act as a trusted technical advisor for machine-related enquiries.
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and product briefings to clients.
Assist customers with ROI analysis, equipment budgeting, and technical evaluations.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, RFQs, and RFP responses.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for lead generation.
Coordinate with internal marketing and support teams to improve customer experience.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams for successful project execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
Experience: 1–4 years in machinery sales or technical sales
Prior experience in the Printing & Packaging Machinery industry is preferred

Strong technical understanding of machinery and industrial equipment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals
Customer relationship management skills
Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions
