Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines
Perform machine setting, tooling, and alignment activities
Monitor machining operations to ensure precision and quality
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy
Troubleshoot machine and production issues
Maintain production records and follow safety standards
Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in VTL machine setting and operation
Knowledge of machining processes and measuring instruments
Ability to read engineering drawings
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Diploma / ITI / Mechanical-related qualification preferred
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply
