We Are Hiring – AR Caller (Medical Billing)

We are looking for experienced AR Callers from both Hospital Billing and Physician Billing backgrounds.

Job Details:
Job Title: AR Caller
Experience: 7 Months to 6 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Locations: Vepery & Velachery
Shift: Night Shift
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims
Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing
Maintain updated records of account status and communication details
Verify insurance eligibility and submit claims according to payer guidelines
Handle patient and provider queries professionally
Work towards meeting productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 7 months experience in Medical Billing
Experience in:
Hospital Billing
Physician Billing
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in night shifts
