Job Title:

Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle assigned Accounts Receivable (AR) through analysis and outbound calls
Utilize available tools and applications to resolve claims effectively
Work towards claim resolution through:
Payments
Corrected submissions
Appeals
Patient transfers
Adjustments
Identify and report trends related to:
Denials
Claim submission errors
Credentialing issues
Billing-related challenges
Meet productivity and quality SLAs
Update billing systems with accurate call outcomes and notes
Follow process policies and stay updated on procedural changes
Improve performance based on manager and QA feedback
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligible Qualifications:
BBA
BA
B.Com
BCA
B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths)
MBA
MCA
Passed Out Year:
2020 to 2025
2025 graduates are eligible if final semester results are available

Interview Process:

Online Assessment – Grammar & Aptitude
Versant Test – Language Assessment

Shift Details:

🌙 US Night Shift

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
OR
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Candidates should be flexible for both shifts.

Location:

📍 Chennai – OMR / Ambattur
(Candidates should be flexible to work in any facility)

Transport Facility:
