We are hiring experienced AR Callers for our US Healthcare Medical Billing process at our Chennai locations.

Job Details:
Role: AR Caller – US Healthcare
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Work Mode: Work From Office
Locations: Tidel Park & Perungudi, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies or clients on unpaid medical claims
Maintain AR accounts and claims at acceptable levels
Process medical billing transactions accurately within TAT
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve productivity targets
Handle claim status inquiries and denial follow-ups efficiently
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare – Medical Billing) in a voice process
Minimum 6 months of AR Calling experience required
Willingness to work in night shifts:
5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Immediate joiners preferred
Any Degree / Diploma is mandatory
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Good typing skills and MS Office knowledge
Excel knowledge is mandatory
Willingness to commit for a minimum of 1 year
