🧾 About the Role

We are looking for passionate Founding Engineers to join our core team and help build a clinically relevant medical device and digital health platform from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven opportunity at the intersection of hardware, software, and healthcare, where you will collaborate directly with doctors, founders, and real patients to create impactful healthcare solutions.

🎯 Core Responsibilities
Product & Engineering
Design, develop, and improve medical device hardware and/or software systems
Work on device-to-app and device-to-cloud integration
Convert clinical requirements into engineering specifications
Build, test, debug, and refine prototypes used in real clinical environments
Collaborate closely with clinicians to improve usability and accuracy
💻 Software Responsibilities (Based on Skillset)
Develop and maintain:
Mobile applications
Web dashboards
Backend services
Work with:
APIs & data pipelines
Device data processing systems
Cloud integrations
Integrate firmware outputs with software platforms
Support AI, analytics, or decision-support systems (if applicable)

⚙️ Hardware Responsibilities (Based on Skillset)
Work on embedded systems, sensors, and electronics
Support PCB design, prototyping, testing, and validation
Collaborate with firmware and software teams
Assist in preparing devices for clinical trials and regulatory processes

Have solid fundamentals in software or hardware engineering

🎓 Preferred Background
B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent practical experience
Experience with startups, prototypes, or product deployments is a plus
