🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ telecalling interactions daily
Pitch gold loan products to new and existing customers
Generate leads through:
Inactive branch customer database
Open market gold loan customers
Ensure customer conversion and follow-ups
Coordinate with branch staff and managers for closures
Supervise day-to-day customer service activities
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Good communication and customer handling skills
No English proficiency required
