The role is responsible for increasing market penetration of Boehringer Ingelheim products and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The candidate will also build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and key opinion leaders to strengthen the companyโs brand presence.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed sales targets through consultative selling
Build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals
Develop effective territory mapping and call plans
Understand customer needs and provide suitable healthcare solutions
Execute territory business plans aligned with sales and marketing strategies
Identify and engage high-potential doctors and healthcare institutions
Maintain accurate customer records, daily call reports, and sample tracking
Utilize technology tools and reports effectively for sales planning

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelorโs Degree / Masterโs Degree (e.g., MBBS, MSc) / Diploma
Candidate must reside within the Madurai territory
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to understand clinical applications and mechanisms of action quickly
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Adaptability to changing priorities and customer requirements
Good communication and relationship management skills
