We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to drive channel sales and business development in the LPG/Energy segment. The role involves distributor management, customer acquisition, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide distributors to achieve marketing objectives
Visit outlets/customers using LPG and convert prospects into customers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Act as a single point of contact for customers and distributors
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand positioning
Conduct regular site visits and promote safe handling of LPG equipment
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements
Ensure timely payment collections and documentation compliance
Expand business across segments and achieve sales targets (VOT/LOT)
Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient supply chain operations
Maintain compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards
Build strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders

✅ Required Profile
Education: Engineering Graduate + Business Management qualification (preferred)
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Channel Sales / Marketing (LPG/Energy sector preferred)
Strong understanding of channel sales applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Sound technical knowledge
