Hiring: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Finance Functional Senior Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The role involves working on implementation, support, and enhancement of finance modules across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and support finance modules:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Revenue Management
Collections & Expenses
Configure modules such as:
Cash Management
Tax
Fixed Assets
General Ledger (GL)
Accounting Hub
Lead functional activities for:
Fusion Tax & Lease Management
Handle:
Data uploads via FBDI
Reporting using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
Work on integrations with legacy and third-party systems
Translate business requirements into system configurations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech/MCA) or MBA (Finance)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP (Fusion Cloud preferred)
At least one end-to-end SaaS ERP implementation
Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP architecture
Hands-on experience in configuration of finance modules
Knowledge of:
FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
OTBI reporting
Fusion Setup Manager
Good to Have
Exposure to:
SQL
BI Publisher (BIP)
Redwood UI
Knowledge of:
Security setup
Data integration frameworks
Key Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to map business requirements to ERP solutions
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Adaptability to evolving technologies
