Hiring: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Finance Functional Senior Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The candidate will work on implementation, support, and enhancement projects across finance modules.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Revenue Management
Collections & Expenses
Configure and manage modules such as:
Cash Management
Tax
Fixed Assets
General Ledger (GL)
Accounting Hub
Work on Fusion Tax and Lease Management (primary expertise required)
Handle FBDI data uploads and OTBI reporting
Support integrations from legacy and third-party systems
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into system configurations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech/MCA) or MBA (Finance)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud preferred)
At least one full lifecycle implementation in SaaS ERP Finance
Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP solutions
Hands-on experience in configuration of finance modules
Knowledge of:
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
Fusion Setup Manager & configurations
Good to Have
Basic technical exposure:
SQL
BI Publisher (BIP)
OTBI reporting
Redwood UI
Knowledge of:
Security setup
Data integration frameworks
Key Competencies
Strong functional knowledge with analytical thinking
Ability to map business requirements to ERP solutions
Good communication and stakeholder handling
Problem-solving and adaptability
