Hiring: Project Manager – Analytics, ERP & Data Migration

🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering large-scale ERP-to-cloud data migration and analytics programs. This role requires complete ownership of delivery, especially for ERP-integrated analytics platforms built on AWS and modern data architectures.

👉 Certifications are not mandatory — strong execution and delivery experience is key.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP data migration and analytics projects
Manage migration from legacy and modern ERP systems to cloud platforms
Own the full project lifecycle: planning → execution → governance → closure
Build and manage detailed project plans (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies)
Coordinate with ERP teams, data engineers, analytics teams, and stakeholders
Drive ETL workflows using:
AWS Glue
Amazon S3
Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers)
Oversee data validation, reconciliation, UAT, cutover, and go-live
Manage governance forums, reporting, and executive communication
Ensure data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption

✅ Required Skills & Experience
15–20 years of Project Management experience
Strong hands-on experience in ERP data migration / modernization
Proven delivery of analytics & data engineering projects
Deep understanding of ETL pipelines and migration risks
Experience with AWS-based data platforms
Excellent stakeholder & vendor management skills
Strong communication, planning, and execution mindset
Delivery-focused approach (results over certifications)
