Hiring: Senior Accountant | Chennai (Perungudi)

📍 Location: Perungudi, Chennai (Candidates within 5 km preferred)
💼 Job Type: Full-time (In-office)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

🧩 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting and business decisions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage Tally ERP accounting operations (bookkeeping, vouchers, reconciliations)
Prepare and review:
Journal entries
Ledgers
Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Lead month-end & year-end closing
Ensure compliance with:
GST
TDS
Income Tax
Verify invoices, payments, and resolve discrepancies
Prepare MIS reports, budgeting & forecasting support
Handle:
Accounts receivable & payable
Payroll monitoring
Support audits and improve financial processes
Guide and review work of junior accountants
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CA Inter / similar preferred)
3+ years experience in accounting/audit (CA firm experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
Accounting software (Tally ERP)
MS Excel
Good understanding of:
Tax compliance
Reconciliation processes
