🌟 About the Role

A leading medical hardware design company in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Hardware Designer to work on advanced medical devices. The role involves end-to-end hardware development, compliance, and collaboration with global teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Design and develop medical device hardware systems
Create schematics, control boards, and PCB layouts
Develop and debug MCU-based systems (8-bit / 32-bit)
Perform prototype testing, validation, and optimization
Ensure signal integrity, EMC compliance, and safety standards
Collaborate with software teams for hardware-software integration
Support client demos, technical discussions, and field feedback
Conduct market research on medical electronics trends
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong proficiency in C programming & embedded systems
Experience with MCU development and driver programming
Hands-on with test tools and hardware debugging
Expertise in schematic design and PCB layout review
Good understanding of signal integrity, EMC, and hardware reliability
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
⭐ Preferred Skills
Experience in ADC measurements (calibration, noise suppression, multi-channel sync)
Exposure to physiological signal processing (ECG, SpO₂, etc.)
Knowledge of medical standards like:
FDA 510(k)
CE MDR
IEC 60601
Experience in full product lifecycle (prototype → production)
