Job Description

Looking for ATM Executive responsible for managing and maintaining the bank’s automated teller machines to ensure their smooth operation and excellent service delivery.

Monitor the performance and status of ATMs to ensure they are operational and fully stocked with cash and supplies.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of ATMs to identify and resolve any technical issues.

Respond promptly to reported ATM malfunctions and coordinate repairs with technical support teams.

Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational procedures related to ATM usage.

Maintain accurate records of ATM transactions, cash levels, and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with banking staff to improve ATM services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Train and assist staff in resolving ATM-related inquiries from customers.

Provide regular reports on ATM performance, cash usage, and maintenance activities to management.
