Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance representatives regarding accounts
Prepare refund / overpayment recovery documentation
Analyze accounts and resolve credit balances accurately
Ensure no unnecessary or duplicate credits are created
Coordinate with insurance companies to verify refund amounts
Maintain accurate account balances and financial records
Document all transactions and generate reports for audit & compliance
✅ Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Charge Entry / Credit Balance
Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM processes
Good communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial handling
