📍 Location: Chennai (DLF IT Park – Block 1C, 4th Floor)
🕒 Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday (Fixed Weekend Off)
🎓 Eligibility: Any Graduate (2023–2025 Pass-outs)
👨‍💼 Experience: Freshers (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Call insurance companies for claim status & follow-ups
Handle US healthcare billing processes
Track and resolve outstanding claims
Receive and update payment information
Analyze denials and rejections
Ensure work meets quality and productivity standards

Excellent verbal & written communication in English
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
