Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge in US Medical Billing / RCM.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims
Review and resolve denied / pending claims
Document updates in billing systems
Coordinate with internal teams
Meet productivity & quality targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years AR calling experience
Knowledge of Denials, AR follow-up cycle, payer requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, WC/MVA)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Proficiency in billing tools / payer portals
Willingness to work night shifts
3️⃣ Medical Coder – CPC Certified
Role: Medical Coder (CPC Certified)
🎓 Education: Science Graduate (Mandatory CPC Certification)
👨💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
Specialties:
E/M, IVR, Surgery, Radiology, Denials
Salary:
💰 ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (Not a constraint for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
Review medical records and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS codes
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines
Support billing team in resolving discrepancies
Maintain high accuracy and quality standards
