We are looking for a skilled and certified Medical Coder with strong knowledge in coding and healthcare documentation. The ideal candidate should ensure high accuracy and compliance in coding practices.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for patient charts
Ensure 95%+ quality and accuracy in coding
Follow company coding compliance policies (internal & external)
Improve performance based on feedback from reporting manager
🎯 Requirements
Qualification: DGNM Staff Nurse (preferred)
Must be a Certified Medical Coder (CPC / CRC / CCS)
Good knowledge of medical coding concepts
Strong communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
