Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities with technology companies and agencies.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate staffing and marketing solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Work closely with account managers and recruiters to ensure successful client delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
Eligibility
0–1 year of experience in sales, staffing, technology services, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Willingness to work during US EST business hours.
