Role Overview

The Kinaxis Rapid Response Architect / Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand complex supply chain challenges and design scalable Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. The role involves solution architecture, configuration, data integration, technical leadership, and client consulting to optimize supply chain planning and execution processes.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements.
Analyze business processes, data flows, and system integrations to create comprehensive solution designs.
Architect and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Customize functionalities and workflows to support client-specific business needs.
Assess technology feasibility for new business proposals and initiatives.
Integration & Technical Leadership
Design and implement data integrations within Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Provide technical leadership to business and Scrum teams.
Drive technical continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.
Guide developers and project teams on solution architecture and implementation standards.
Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis functionalities, capabilities, and industry best practices.
Client Engagement & Consulting
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their supply chain objectives and challenges.
Provide consulting services, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer programs for clients and internal teams.
Offer technical guidance on configuration, data modeling, and system integration approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
MBA or advanced certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Kinaxis Consultant and Architect.
Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
Mandatory Skills
Strong understanding of supply chain processes:
Inventory Management
Demand Planning
Procurement
Logistics
Expertise in:
Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration
Data modeling
System integrations
Supply chain solution architecture
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications
Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Consultant Level-2 or Level-3 certification is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with global enterprise clients.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams.
