Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for team members.
Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching and support.
Business Development
Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth within assigned territories.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Expand the customer base through strategic networking and business development initiatives.
Sales Performance Management
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve results.
Team Development
Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Provide performance feedback and support employee development.
Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Work closely with product and operations teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Ensure effective communication across departments to support sales objectives.

Graduate Degree (Mandatory)

Experience
Minimum 1+ Year of Experience in Sales and Marketing
