Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, expand the customer base, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute sales plans for assigned regions.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and campaigns.
Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Graduate in any discipline.
All semester mark sheets are mandatory.
Local candidates are preferred.
