Job Summary

Sree Karpagamoorthy Motors LLP, an authorized Kia dealership in Trichy, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a proven track record in automotive sales management.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership revenue and profitability targets.
Create annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
Establish operational policies and procedures to improve business efficiency.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales performance.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing workforce.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales training programs.
Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
Motivate team members through effective leadership and goal-setting practices.
Sales Operations Management
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards.
Optimize sales workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Manage inventory coordination and support sales planning activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Implement customer engagement and retention strategies.
Channel Partner & Business Relations
Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners and business associates.
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and business expansion.
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to support business objectives.
Reporting & Analytics
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance indicators.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Generate actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and profitability.
Monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement across all sales functions.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or Automotive Sales Leadership roles.
Experience in automobile dealership operations is highly preferred.
Strong exposure to revenue management, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
