Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate ANM / OT Assistants to join our healthcare team in Trichy. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, assisting in patient management, and supporting healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective treatment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Patient Care
Supervise, coordinate, and provide direct nursing care to patients.
Monitor patient health conditions and report any changes to the concerned medical team.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
Quality Healthcare Services
Ensure patients receive quality, compassionate, and ethical care.
Follow established nursing standards, hospital policies, and clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Patient Education and Support
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery procedures.
Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and caregivers.
Team Coordination
Instruct, motivate, and supervise junior nursing staff when required.
Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards of care, and infection-control protocols.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Additional Duties
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
