Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with technology companies and agencies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable staffing and marketing solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to business growth.
Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to ensure smooth client delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and updates in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria
0–1 year of experience in sales, staffing, technology services, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Willingness to work during US EST business hours.
Exposure to or understanding of the US technology staffing industry is an added advantage.
