Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to plans and timelines.
Manage workforce activities and site operations efficiently.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
Prepare and maintain site reports and progress updates.
Identify and resolve on-site operational issues.
Support smooth coordination between management and site teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Civil Site Supervision.
Strong worker management and coordination skills.
Good reporting and communication abilities.
Basic understanding of civil construction processes and site execution.
Ability to handle site responsibilities independently.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu or relocate before joining.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
