Job Summary

Andavar Construction is looking for enthusiastic Fresher Site Supervisors to manage day-to-day construction activities. The selected candidate will assist in supervising site operations, coordinating with workers, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain site records and daily progress reports.
Monitor material usage and site resources.
Assist in resolving on-site technical and operational issues.
Support senior engineers in project execution and planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
B.E. Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of construction and site supervision.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Willingness to learn and travel.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
