📌 Role Overview

We’re hiring a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to own the entire growth funnel — from traffic acquisition (SEO, Paid Ads) to conversion (funnels, CRO) and retention (reporting & client success).

This is a full-stack growth role, not just ad execution.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
🔹 SEO & Organic Growth
Execute technical, on-page & off-page SEO
Perform keyword research & competitor analysis
Optimize site structure, metadata & internal linking
Track performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush
🔹 Paid Marketing (PPC & Social Ads)
Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Set up conversion tracking, GTM, and pixels
Optimize CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR
Run A/B testing for ads, creatives & landing pages
🔹 Funnels & Growth Strategy
Build end-to-end funnels (Ads → Landing Page → Lead → Sale)
Implement CRO strategies (forms, heatmaps, testing)
Scale campaigns through audience & offer optimization
🔹 Client Management & Reporting
Handle client communication & performance reviews
Present reports on traffic, leads, conversions, ROI
Identify upsell opportunities and growth strategies
🔹 Analytics & Tracking
Build dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Sheets
Track KPIs, ROI, conversions, retention metrics
✅ Requirements
4+ years in SEO + Paid Ads + Growth Marketing
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
GA4, GTM, Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Understanding of funnels, CAC, LTV, customer journey
Ability to manage multiple campaigns & clients
Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
⭐ Preferred
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or international markets
Experience with landing page tools / CRO tools
