Job Summary
India Global Forum is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Sponsorship Sales to drive sponsorship revenue growth across IGF’s flagship global events and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships, marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers while developing impactful sales strategies, sponsorship proposals, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sponsorship Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies for IGF flagship events including:
IGF UK
IGF UAE
IGF India
USA Market Initiatives
Identify and secure high-value sponsorship opportunities.
Build strategic relationships with CXOs, policymakers, investors, and corporate leaders.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sponsor objectives with event themes and audience engagement.
Drive long-term partnership opportunities beyond one-time sponsorships.
2. Marketing & Sales Collateral Development
Create impactful sponsorship proposals, sales presentations, and membership pitch decks.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop brochures, digital campaigns, promotional assets, and branded content.
Tailor presentations and sponsorship packages to meet client objectives and industry requirements.
Develop compelling storytelling and data-driven sponsorship narratives.
3. Lead Generation & Business Development
Research and identify prospective sponsors and strategic partners.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sponsorship opportunities through CRM systems.
Conduct outreach, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential sponsors.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
4. Event Activation & Sponsor Engagement
Coordinate sponsor activations before, during, and after events.
Ensure successful execution of sponsorship deliverables and branding commitments.
Work with programme and operations teams to integrate sponsor visibility into events.
Prepare post-event ROI and engagement reports for sponsors.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track sponsorship KPIs including revenue growth, conversion rates, and retention.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize sales strategies.
Generate periodic reports and actionable insights for leadership teams.
Maintain accurate records of sponsorship activities and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of experience in:
Sponsorship Sales
Strategic Partnerships
Event Sales
Business Development
Media or Global Business Platforms
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong expertise in sponsorship and partnership sales.
Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and audience engagement strategies.
Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and marketing collateral.
Knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
Data-driven approach to sales and campaign optimization.
Preferred Skills
Experience in event sponsorships, conferences, or global forums.
Familiarity with exclusive membership programs and engagement models.
